1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
pinch cayenne red pepper
juice from 1/4 fresh lemon
1 teaspoon raw honey
8 ounces hot water
Planned activities:
Gargling sea salt and warm water.
Sticking a Neti Pot up my nose.
Tracking down our big bottle of Ibprofen.
Watching movies from bed.

What I Was Wearing A Week Ago.
It’s been on the warmer side of 40° for the last 4 or 5 days now here in MSP and it’s only getting better from here on out.
Goodbye red stocking cap, goodbye plaid wool scarf, goodbye big blue jacket… I wish I could say I’ll miss you.
