The Minneapolis-St. Paul Tumblrsphere is humming along with casting decisions today, so it seemed appropriate to make a self-diagnosis. It’s pretty simple: Sigmund Freud, portrayed by Richard Dreyfuss circa Jaws. And that’s me.

I think we have a winner! Hats off to Matt Quintanilla, who took the challenge for it’s word and actually created a Mathew Fox/ David Cross (click to see what he started with) composite head and put it on my body. This is easily the strangest thing I’ve ever been a part of. Thank you Matt, it looks like I’ll be drawing you a dragon (or mythical beast of your choosing).

I like where this is going.
It's been said that I look like a mashup of David Cross and Jack from Lost.
If somebody can Photoshop a comparison pic proving (or disproving) this, I’ll totally draw them a picture of a dragon or trade them all my pogs or something. I’ll even give you a head start (I’m on the left).
Paul thinks that Taylor Carik looks more like Andy Samberg as a young Chuck Norris and I have to agree.

One thing became clear to me as I watched Groundhog Day last night: Paul Schmelzer = Chris Elliot (further proof). Which of course reminded me that Taylor Carik = Bon Iver.
